User Journey Maps

User Journey Maps (or Customer Journey Maps) are used to map the entire user experience with a product or service (including emotional factors). The User Journey Map visualizes the complete user experience like a map and thus offers stakeholders a good overview of the overall experience with their product. The method thus not only provides indications of optimization potential in the process, it can also be the basis for new product developments or the development of a (UX) service design.
