User experience describes the entire perception that resultfrom interacting with a product or service. This exceeds the mereusage of the product and covers the complete experience, includinge.g. purchase, support and packaging.

User experience consists of the following three components:

1. What is the use of the product? Is its content relevant?
2. How is the usability of the product? Are users able to achieve what they want?
3. Is it fun to use the product? (joy of use)

Only if the complete scope of the product and all three components are taken into account and are successfully coordinated, a high user experience will be the result.
