User Experience
User experience describes the entire perception that resultfrom interacting with a product or service. This exceeds the mereusage of the product and covers the complete experience, includinge.g. purchase, support and packaging.
User experience consists of the following three components:
- What is the use of the product? Is its content relevant?
- How is the usability of the product? Are users able to achieve what they want?
- Is it fun to use the product? (joy of use)
Only if the complete scope of the product and all three components are taken into account and are successfully coordinated, a high user experience will be the result.
