Generally, in-depth interviews are utilized to reconsider more complex topics with participants. During an interview the interviewer creates a homelike atmosphere, so, even sensitive or difficult topics can be addressed. Due to prompted questions the interviewer learns about users’ needs and concerns that are of relevance for the product.
