Customer Experience
Customer experience is similar to the term of user experience concerning its definition. It describes a related concept. Like user experience, it also comprises the entire experience with a product respectively with a service. However, the conceptual focus is slightly different: in user experience the user and his user behavior are central, but in customer experience the customer and all touchpoints s/he has with a company is in focus. That's why the scope of experience is more broadly defined in CX than in UX. For example, it also includes other aspects such as brand perception.
