User Experience and Social Shopping

Reason enough for us to take a closer look at these new shopping concepts: How do German users think about social shopping sites? How usable are these new concepts?

To find out, the experts of usability.de interviewed 1,000 German internet users about their shopping habits. Additionally, 32 user experience tests have been conducted with Germany's most innovative social shopping sites. User experience denotes all aspects of the user’s perception, including emotional aspects like ‚Joy of Use’ and credibility.

In the second part of our study we have been investigating four of the hottest German social shopping platforms. We conducted 32 user experience tests, to find out how usable this new form of e-commerce really is.
